Vaishnavi Shanoj
Vaishnavi Shanoj is a B.Sc. Honours Neuroscience student dedicated to blending scientific discovery with human-centered impact. Her academic and practical foundation is built on systems neuroscience, hands-on lab techniques, data analysis, and continuous learning in Python programming.With a strong focus on accessibility and outreach, Vaishnavi’s experience includes leading content strategy as the Chief Academic Officer for Youth Medical Action Potential, where she oversaw the development of an accessible high-school neuroscience curriculum. She extends her communication skills through her hobby of social media creation and strategic volunteer work, including a Research and Outreach Advisor role for the Women and Girls Education Scholarship (WAGES) Project Kenya and organizing the Kidney Walk Fundraiser.She is driven to pursue opportunities in healthcare and research that require interdisciplinary teamwork to translate complex scientific ideas into lasting, meaningful solutions.
